Hospice CAHPS Honors Elite is presented to hospice organizations that score above the MatrixCare National Performance Score on 100% of the 22 evaluated Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey measures. These measures include communication, compassion, symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, and the overall quality of care.
