MOORESVILLE, NC—Carolina Caring Foundation invites families across the community to attend the annual Cardinal KidsFest at Williamson’s Chapel United Methodist Church on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 from 12:00-3:00pm.
Cardinal KidsFest provides children of all ages an opportunity to enjoy free activities and events, including a family-friendly concert, food trucks, a designated Kids Zone, and a special meet-and-greet with members of the local racing community, including ZMAX CARS Tour driver Michael Bumgarner and a Penske stock car presented by the Ryan Blaney Family Foundation.
Families can also learn about Carolina Caring’s Cardinal Kids program, which provides pediatric palliative and hospice care to children of all ages facing serious illness. Cardinal Kids serves 13 counties across Western North Carolina and the Charlotte region, delivering compassionate, high-quality support so that these patients and their families can experience joy despite their serious illness.
Carolina Caring Foundation thanks the Piper G. Amundson Foundation for sponsoring this event and making Cardinal KidsFest possible for the second year in a row.
