NEWTON, NC—Carolina Caring is honored to announce that Cameron Pirouz, MBA, has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 3rd, 2026.
With extensive healthcare leadership experience spanning hospice, home-based care, and complex healthcare systems, Pirouz is dedicated to strengthening serious illness care programs to ensure that patients and families receive high-quality, compassionate support. He arrives at Carolina Caring after serving as Director of Operations – Hospice at Sutter Health.
As Chief Operating Officer, he will manage Carolina Caring’s organizational operations and care innovation, leading with a philosophy that emphasizes continuous improvement and the alignment of operational excellence across the thirteen counties it serves.
