The new location of the Carolina Caring Palliative Medicine Clinic in Morganton provides care for patients with chronic diseases who are at risk of hospitalization. This includes those who are experiencing dementia or heart failure, as well as anyone living with COPD and cancer-related pain throughout their treatment process.
Known for our innovative, personalized care, we help manage the symptoms that come with serious illnesses and try to maintain our patients’ quality of life while keeping them as functional as possible.
We seek to empower our patients by giving them the information they need in order to make educated decisions about their care and walk with them through their journey while helping to answer any questions or concerns that come up along the way - whether or not a patient desires medical treatment for their illness.
