Carolina Caring is seeking a Care Manager / Licensed Nurse to support our Palliative Medicine House Calls program. This role coordinates comprehensive services by providing telehealth and back-office support for the interdisciplinary team.
Service Area: Lincolnton County
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of three years clinical experience required. Primary care, internal medicine or geriatrics experience preferred. Previous nurse triage experience preferred. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Required Degree:
Unrestricted LPN North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.
