Carolina Caring is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and motivated Senior Director, Growth to join our team! This role is focused on developing referral sources, cultivating business partnerships, and sharing the exceptional programs and services Carolina Caring provides throughout the Mecklenburg County region.
The Senior Director, Growth also serves as a leader by guiding strategic marketing initiatives and strengthening the Professional Relations Team through mentorship and relationship-building programs. This position is key in expanding Carolina Caring’s presence and ensuring our mission reaches more families in the community.

Employee Type:
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with some nights and weekends required as part of the role.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of five years’ experience in health care is required. One to three years of marketing experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred.
Required Degree:
A master’s degree in business management (emphasis on marketing) or various health care disciplines is desirable.
