Carolina Caring is excited to share an outstanding opportunity for a driven, results-oriented Senior Director, Growth to join our team!

This high-impact role focuses on expanding our reach across Mecklenburg County by developing new referral partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities that advance Carolina Caring’s mission.

As the Senior Director, Growth, you will play a key role in increasing market presence, accelerating referral volume, and positioning our organization as the provider of choice in the region. You will also support and lead the Outreach Team through strong leadership, targeted growth strategies, and ongoing coaching that enhances performance and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth by executing strategic sales plans and building strong partnerships.
• Maintain and expand relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations.
• Lead and mentor the Outreach Team to support performance and growth goals.
• Analyze market trends and referral data to guide strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct engaging outreach presentations to increase awareness of Carolina Caring’s services.

Schedule & Benefits

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed for business development activities.

Employee Type:

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with some nights and weekends required as part of the role.

Minimum Experience:

A minimum of five years’ experience in health care is required.  One to three years of related experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred.

Required Degree:

A master’s degree in business management or various health care disciplines is desirable.
