Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Home-Based Primary Care & Palliative Care team, serving patients throughout Burke, Caldwell, and McDowell Counties. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care by visiting patients in the comfort of their homes, helping improve quality of life through comprehensive primary and palliative care services.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a master’s degree in nursing and appropriate advanced training required for licensure as a registered nurse practitioner. Current, unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license. Must maintain CPR certification. Must have active DEA certificate.
Required Degree:
A minimum of two years in a Primary Care setting. Gerontology experience or certification preferred. Experience with CMS Chronic Care Management Services preferred.
