NEWTON, NC—Effective immediately, Christina McNally, MPH has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Carolina Caring.
Prior to this appointment, McNally served Carolina Caring in key leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Carolina Caring Foundation, Chief Strategy Officer, and Interim Chief Executive Officer. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare and human services and holds a Master of Public Health from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
As CEO, McNally will oversee all of Carolina Caring’s clinical programs and support services, which are provided to more than 11,000 patients each year. She will act as a vital liaison between administration, employees, the Carolina Caring Board of Directors, and affiliated organizations, such as Senior TLC/PACE, Caring Seasons Health, Carolina Caring Foundation, and Teleios Collaborative Network.

Beyond her position at Carolina Caring, McNally has volunteered on many local and regional boards and currently serves on the Hickory Soup Kitchen Board, Truist Foothills Community Advisory Board, and the Hickory Regional Planning Commission. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Valdese.
Her knowledge of healthcare system integration, strategy, and governance, combined with her personal commitment to excellent high-quality care, makes her exceptionally qualified for this role.
