Retirement 403(B) Plan

Any active employee can participate in the 403(B) plan with pre-tax contributions. For employees who work over 1000 hours and one year of employment, Carolina Caring will match “dollar for dollar” up to 3% of the employee’s bi-weekly salary. Employer contributions are made each pay period so employees can maximize their investment returns.

For eligible employees who have worked over 1,000 hours in the calendar year and one year of employment, Carolina Caring may contribute an additional percentage of annual salary into the employee’s 403(B) plan at year end based on year-end financial status.
