Carolina Caring is looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our House Calls and Palliative Medicine Program in Davie County. In this role, you will travel to patients’ homes, providing personalized, patient-centered care while supporting their comfort and quality of life.

Employee Type:

Part-Time, Benefit Eligible

Minimum Experience:

A minimum of two years in a Primary Care setting. Gerontology experience or certification preferred. Experience with CMS Chronic Care Management Services preferred.

Required Degree:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s degree in nursing and appropriate advanced training required for licensure as a registered nurse practitioner. Current, unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license. Must maintain CPR certification. Must have active DEA certificate.
