Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality hospice and palliative care. This role is essential in evaluating and coordinating the needs of patients and their caregivers, ensuring that care plans are tailored to provide comfort, dignity, and comprehensive support.
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll serve patients and families across Gaston, Mecklenburg, and Lincoln Counties, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing serious illness.

Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Salaried)
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of two to ten years of nursing experience preferred. Hospice or home health experience preferred.
Required Degree:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a master’s degree in nursing and appropriate advanced training required for licensure as a registered nurse practitioner. Current, unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license. Must maintain CPR certification.
