Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN Care Manager to join our House Calls team. This role is vital in coordinating comprehensive medical services by providing telephonic and back-office support to ensure continuity of care for our patients.
Service Area: Gaston/Charlotte
Employee Type:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of three years clinical experience required. Primary care, internal medicine or geriatrics experience preferred. Previous nurse triage experience preferred. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Required Degree:
Unrestricted LPN North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.
