Carolina Caring is seeking a Senior Clinical Director to provide dynamic leadership and support to our clinical teams.
Senior Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position directly supervises clinical leadership and oversees field staff through the Director of Clinical Teams. Responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff for competency, compliance, and performance. The Senior Clinical Director will assess staff skill sets and align responsibilities based on both individual strengths and organizational needs. This role is key in promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence in care delivery.

Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Must have five years of clinical experience to include a minimum of one-year acute hospital experience and two years of hospice/home health experience required. Hospice inpatient facility experience and at least two years supervisory/management health care experience preferred; must have a strong understanding of end-of- life decisions and the ability to understand complex equipment and procedures.
Required Degree:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree preferred. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.
