Carolina Caring is seeking a Master of Social Work (MSW) to provide compassionate case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers. The Medical Social Worker will complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement individualized care plans. This role will serve our designated service county areas.
Employee Type:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Experience:
Must have one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
Required Degree:
Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
